The title "consultant" is
over-used a lot these days, so Baldwin prefers to be recognized as a "human
services expert." That means he serves others by training them to
serve their companies, their communities and even themselves.
How? You will have to listen to
Baldwin to find out, because he customizes his services to your company's
specific situation.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama,
and a computer science graduate of Jacksonville State University,
Baldwin also is a real estate investor and a computer
specialist.
While staying busy with those
endeavors, and on the road "too much" as president of his own company,
Baldwin still makes time for his family, friends and
community.
Baldwin and his wife, Gennia, stay
busy taking care of their son, Mitchell Jr. and attending First
Baptist Church - Kingston, where Baldwin is a Trustee.
Baldwin is not one to sit back and let others take the driver's seat.
He not only notices community problems, but leads the way in solving them.
As founder and Chairman of the Board for CHAMP, Inc., a youth organization
designed to build self-esteem and prepare youth for future opportunities,
Baldwin received the "200th Point
of Light" award from President George Bush. Furthermore, Baldwin was twice
named Volunteer of the Year (state of Alabama) as well as Career
Educator of the Year.
Baldwin is a popular talk-show guest and is featured frequently in
local and national publications. A prolific writer, Baldwin publishes a
monthly "Motivational Tip" and has published his first book,
Surviving Corporate Downsizing with Dignity and Grace!, which you can securely buy online at Amazon.com.
